Afternoon Private Event (Weekend)

Service Description

Private Event Rental price includes: -Up to 50 guests (children and adults) -Private use of the entire facility for a 2 or 3 hour Event -30 minutes to set up before Event start time and 30 minutes after -Event end time to tear down and remove any items brought in with you -Use of the Cafe’s fridge & freezer -Custom Event signage on our TV -Use of our Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi -On-site Party Attendant/Barista Private Event Terms & Conditions: -Payee is responsible and liable for all persons present in the facility during the Event -The full Event price is required to reserve your date and time -Cancellations made within 7 days of payment will be refunded the full Event price -Events may be rescheduled only once -Outside and/or homemade food and beverages are permitted, but must remain in the Cafe area -All outside food and beverage MUST be nut-free -One electric slow cooker is allowed, but no other grills or electric appliances are permitted -Our gated play space is a socks-only area; please let your guests know in advance -Decorations may only be attached to countertops, tables, chairs, and the cork tack strips on the 2 walls in the Cafe area (nothing directly on the walls or the ceilings) -Alcohol, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not permitted (pull-string piñatas are acceptable)
